Red Potato Salad in Foil

2 1/2 lbs. red potatoes cut in 1" chunks
2 slices uncooked bacon, chopped
1/2 t. Mansmith’s Garlic Stuff
1 t. Mansmith’s Poultry Spice
2 green onions, chopped
3 T. cider vinegar

In a large bowl, toss potatoes with bacon and spices. Wrap in heavy foil packet, making a double fold to seal. Grill over medium coals for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender, turning once half way through grilling. Remove packets and open carefully. Add onions and vinegar and toss gently.
