Rosemary Halibut

1 ½ lbs. halibut steaks
1 tsp. Mansmith’s Fish & Seafood Seasoning
all-purpose flour
¼ C. olive oil
¼ C. white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. water
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp. fresh or dried rosemary leaves

Sprinkle fish with Mansmith’s Fish & Seafood Seasoning and dust lightly with flour. Heat oil over medium heat, cook fish (about 3-4 minutes per side) turning to brown on both sides. Transfer to warm platter. Pour vinegar and water into pan drippings, add garlic and rosemary. Simmer, reduce to half. Spoon over fish and serve.
