Salmon Loaf with Tomato-Dill Sauce

1 egg, beaten lightly
1/2 C. milk
1 slice of bread made into soft crumbs
1/4 C. green onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/2 tsp. Mansmith’s Fish & Seafood Seasoning
1 tsp. dry mustard
1-15 oz. can salmon, drained, skin & bones removed, flaked

Mix eggs & milk. Stir in bread crumbs, onion, and spices. Add salmon, mix thoroughly. Pat mixture into loaf pan 7x3x2. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Top with Tomato-Dill Sauce.
