Steak Fajitas

1/4 C. lime juice
1 1/2 t. Mansmith’s Dry Fire
1 3/4 lb. beef flank steak *
2 medium onions, sliced
1 each red, yellow, & green bell peppers, thinly sliced
1 t. Mansmith’s Garlic Stuff
 

In a medium bowl, mix lime juice and Dry Fire. Add steak, turning to coat. In a non-stick pan heat 1 T. oil to medium. Cook onions and peppers until tender. Add Garlic Stuff. Heat another heavy pan to very hot, but not smoking. Remove meat from marinade, (discard marinade) cook 12 to 15 minutes, turning once. Thinly slice steak and add to peppers and onions. Serve with warm flour tortillas, sour cream, guacamole and salsa.

* If you have left over cooked tri tip, you can slice it thin and use it in place of the flank steak, omitting the cooking.
