Sweet, Smoky Nuts

2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. Mansmith’s Glazing Rub
1 ½ tsp. salt
2 C. walnut halves
2 C. whole unblanched almonds
 

Heat oven to 350°. Coat 15x10 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. Heat oil in saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir in seasonings, cook for 1 minute. Place nuts in a bowl and pour seasoned oil over, toss to mix. Place on prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes. Stir and bake another 5-10 minutes or until crisp. Cool thoroughly.
