Baked Pork Chops

4 center cut loin pork chops
8 oz. stewed tomatoes
1 onion, sliced
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 t. Mansmith’s Garlic Stuff
2 t. Mansmith’s Glazing Rub
2 T. Mansmith’s Barbecue Paste

In a shallow 2-quart casserole, break up stewed tomatoes in their liquid. Stir in onions, tomato sauce, spices and Barbecue Paste. Remove half of the mixture from casserole dish, add pork chops, cover with remaining half of the tomato mixture. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.  Serve over rice or noodles.
