Chimichurri

2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. white onion, minced
2 Tbsp. sweet red pepper, minced
2 Tbsp. garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
2 Tbsp. dried pasilla chilies, or more to taste
2 Tbsp. Mansmith’s Dry Fire
 

Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until coarsely chopped. Serve over chicken, beef or fish.
