Grilled Corn on the Cob

fresh corn, with husks ( enough for your group)

Peel off a few of the outer husks, leaving most on. Soak the whole ear in a pot of cold water for 15-20 minutes. While soaking the corn, prepare your grill to medium heat. Remove the corn from the water, peel back the husks and remove the silk. Sprinkle with Mansmith’s Grilling Spice of your choice and reposition the husks. You can tie them with twine if you like.
Place the ears of corn on the grill, rotating as necessary to keep from charring too much. After a few turns, move the corn to the side of the grill and continue to cook for about 15 minutes. Remove the corn with oven mitts and peel the husks back. Add butter and more spice.
