Grilled Wedge Salad

Mansmith's Original Grilling Spice
Olive oil, for brushing
1 head iceberg lettuce, cut in 4 wedges
8 thick slices of tomato
4 green onions
blue cheese dressing
1 C. cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 C. crumbled blue cheese
 

 

 

Brush vegetables with olive oil.
Season the vegetables with Mansmith's Original Grilling Spice.  Using a hot grill, BBQ lettuce wedges just long enough to create grill marks.  At the same time, grill tomato slices and onions, (they should be somewhat firm)
On each plate, place a lettuce wedge, 2 slices of tomato and one green onion.  Dress the salad with blue cheese dressing.  Sprinkle bacon and blue cheese crumbles on top.
