Easy Elk/Venison Chili

2 lbs. ground elk or venison
½ red onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp. olive oil
30 oz. canned kidney beans with juice
14.5 oz. canned, diced tomatoes
8 oz. tomato sauce
6 oz. tomato paste
2 C. tomato juice
1 Tbsp. Mansmith’s Dry Fire
1 Tbsp. Mansmith’s Original Grilling Spice
 

Brown the ground meat, onion and garlic in the olive oil. Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 30-40 minutes. Serve with crusty bread for a great meal.
