Foiled Cheesy Potatoes

Scrub 3 large baking potatoes, do not peel. Cut into ¼ inch lengthwise slices. Spread out on a large sheet of foil and sprinkle generously with Mansmith’s Original Grilling Spice and Mansmith’s Garlic Stuff. Sprinkle with ½ Cup grated Parmesan cheese. Overlap potato slices on the foil and dot with 1/3 Cup butter. Seal the foil, with a double fold, leaving a little room for steam expansion. Place wrapped potatoes on the grill and cook for 30-45 minutes, or until tender, turning package several times.
