Glazed Cajun Chicken

4 chicken breasts, halved
1 tsp. Mansmith's Wild Fire
1/2 tsp. Mansmith’s Poultry Spice
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 C. green onions, sliced
2 Tbsp. vinegar
6 Tbsp. hot pepper jelly
1/4 C. chicken broth

Sprinkle chicken with seasonings. Heat oil in skillet and cook chicken over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes, until chicken is browned. Set aside. Add onions to drippings in skillet, cook until tender, stirring often. Add vinegar, jelly and broth. Stir until jelly melts. Return chicken to pan. Cover and cook over low heat, turning several times, about 10 minutes or until tender. Place chicken on platter. Increase heat to thicken glaze slightly. Spoon over chicken.
