Grilled Salmon

1 whole salmon (3-4 lbs.)
olive oil
 
Rinse fish and pat dry, rub with oil and sprinkle liberally with Mansmith's Chipotle Lime. Double wrap salmon with heavy foil. Seal tightly. Grill 4-6 inches above solid bed of hot coals for about 40 minutes, turning every 10 minutes.
